Lisa Sutton Gunderson is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and venture capitalist. With a background in business litigation, Lisa began her career working in a top Las Vegas law firm before launching and scaling several companies, taking them from $0 to millions in revenue, across various industries including real estate, baked goods and shipping retail.

As the daughter of a U.S. Air Force Vietnam War veteran, and wife to a U.S. Air Force F-22 fighter pilot, Lisa is a strong advocate for our military and veteran communities. She is currently a General Partner of The Veteran Fund, a venture capital fund that invests in veteran-led companies. As of November 2025, The Veteran Fund has invested over $16 million dollars in veteran-led, critical technology companies.

Lisa was the first Miss Nevada of Asian descent and remains actively involved with local non-profits, serving on the boards of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) Las Vegas chapter and Nevada Policy Research Institute. In addition to career and community, Lisa loves spending time with her husband Josh and their son Gabriel.
